SBA Communications is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator I in Boca Raton, FL. This entry-level role supports billing, cash applications and reconciliation, focusing on learning core processes under supervision and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and policy compliance.

Responsibilities include aging analysis, adjustments, research of open payments, and providing documents to tenants. The role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to internal controls in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred.
• <1 year of experience in General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Reconciliation or Collection required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing aging reports and identify leases or accounts needing reconciliation.
• Help create adjustments and reallocate payments to clear outstanding balances.
• Prepare SAMM entries with guidance and support payment research for open items.
• Provide invoices and statements to tenants; notify management of invoice discrepancies.
• Support billing processes in third‑party systems under supervision and assist the team with routine tasks.
