Job summary

SBA Communications is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Administrator, International, based in Boca Raton, FL. You will manage a high-volume AR portfolio, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate collections with cross-functional teams to improve cash flow.

The role requires bilingual skills (Portuguese preferred, Spanish secondary), GAAP knowledge, and experience with contract interpretation. Strong MS Office and Great Plains experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required; Associates degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 3–5 years AR, reconciliation and/or collections experience.
• Bilingual required; Portuguese preferred, Spanish as secondary.
• Knowledge of GAAP and reconciliation techniques; experience reading contracts (leases).

Responsibilities

• Review and research a high volume of transactions, identifying root causes of discrepancies and document issues for management.
• Provide customer service regarding collection issues and communicate effectively with clients.
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts—customer calls, adjustments/refunds, and reconciliations.
• Resolve client discrepancies and short payments promptly.
• Reduce delinquency for assigned portfolio through regular collection calls and correspondence in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with local market team on collection matters, including legal collections and troubled status.
