Job summary

SBA Communications is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator I to join our shared services team in the Boca Raton area. This entry-level role supports billing, cash applications, and reconciliations under supervision, learning core processes and contributing to accurate financial records.

You will review aging reports, assist with adjustments, process payments, and support monthly closings while ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Basic accounting knowledge and strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and able to learn Great Plains.

Responsibilities

• Review aging reports to identify leases or accounts needing reconciliation.
• Prepare adjustments and reallocate payments to clear balances.
• Assist with billing, cash applications, and reconciling receipts.
• Support monthly close activities and internal controls.
• Provide invoices and statements to tenants and escalate issues as needed.
