• Support clients with questions regarding transactions, payments, and account activity.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Assist with transaction processing and other accounting-related responsibilities as needed.
• Help ensure AR processes are completed accurately and efficiently in a semi-high-volume environment.
