Jasper Engines in Jasper, Indiana is seeking an AR Generalist to manage accounts receivable activities, including inbound/outbound calls, billing, cash application and customer reconciliations. This on-site role supports process improvements within a collaborative team environment.

Starting pay is $19/hour based on experience, with medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage after 30 days, PTO plus 10 holidays, 401(k) and ESOP plans, bonuses, and an on-site health clinic and fitness center

Qualifications

• AR experience in mid-size to large companies is required.
• Solid understanding of accounts receivable processes and transaction flows.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook; strong data handling and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain customer payment information by phone and process payments.
• Reconcile AR aging and apply payments to customer accounts.
• Invoice customers according to company policies.
• Assist with collecting efforts and balance cash applications.

Job Description:Job Overview: As an AR Generalist, the successful candidate needs to have broad experience in Accounts Receivable which includes but is not limited to handing Inbound & Outbound Collection Calls, Billing, Cash Application, and Customer Account Reconciliation.
