Uline is hiring a Financial Services - Accounts Receivable Associate in Pleasant Prairie, WI to manage customer accounts, collect past-due balances, and maintain accurate records. This on-site role offers opportunities to collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.

The position requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), 1+ years in AR, collections, or customer service, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts via phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and collaborating on payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and interactions.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging.
