Uline is hiring an Accounts Receivable Associate to support our growing financial services team. This on-site role in Waukegan, IL focuses on collecting balances, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce aging.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in AR/collections, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and health benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• 1+ years in collections, accounts receivable or customer service.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts via phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying causes and negotiating payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and document collection activity and interactions.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging.
