Job summary

Uline, based in Wisconsin, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to manage customer accounts, contact clients by phone and email, and support cash applications. The role offers pay from $25 to $26 per hour, with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in collections or AR, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and are fluent in English (Spanish a plus). On-site work at Pleasant Prairie, WI, with 401(k) and tuition assistance.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships via phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
