Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of collections or accounts receivable experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts by phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances and propose payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records and document activity.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales to reduce aging and bad debt.
