Uline in Waukegan, IL is seeking a Financial Services - Accounts Receivable Associate to support customer accounts and improve cash flow. This on-site role combines relationship-building by phone and email with accurate record-keeping.

You will handle past-due balances, collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales to reduce aging and bad debt, and benefit from competitive pay, health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships via phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.
