Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting experience focused on collections and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and prepare accounting statements and reports.
• Review and process expense reports and purchase orders.
• Assist with collecting outstanding accounts receivable.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and quickly.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
• Collaborate with finance team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with implementing new financial systems and processes.
• Support auditing by providing requested information.
• Assist with tax preparation and filings.
• Work with accounting team on reports, accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and tax payments.
