Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
• Experience with QuickBooks and strong understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify invoices and check requests for accuracy.
• Set invoices up for payment and track expenses and reimbursements.
• Process electronic transfers and payments."
• Reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable transactions.
• Address invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Maintain vendor files and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Produce monthly reports and support month-end closing processes.
• Provide documentation for audits and maintain historical records.
• Continuously improve payment processes and procedures.
