Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is hiring a Customer Care Accounts Receivable Representative. The role supports customers with product inquiries and order placement, working closely with CAS back-office resources.

The position starts at $18/hr with a structured pay increase over the first year, and offers a broad benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), and tuition assistance. Training is in-office for 60 days, followed by a hybrid schedule (3 remote days, 2 in-office days per week).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• GAAP knowledge and federal regulatory guidelines helpful.
• Proficiency with Excel for pivot tables, charts and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the division with back-office processes (accounts receivable, order processing, customer service).
• Resolve customer issues by timely calls and emails and provide resolutions.
• Research accounts and communicate reasons for open invoices, short pays, and open credits.
• Follow up on collections per guidelines and coordinate with CAS Accounts Receivable.
• Process incoming orders and respond to general order inquiries to minimize transfers.
