Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP, federal guidelines, and organizational objectives.
• Proficiency in Excel pivot tables, charts, and formulas.
• Experience with SAP financial modules.
• High accuracy in processing large invoice volumes.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial, administrative, and clerical services ensuring operations are accurate and efficient.
• Process and monitor incoming payments, posting receipts to accounts.
• Record payments to accounts and maintain AR records.
• Gather information from banks/creditors to verify credit and collect overdue accounts.
• Maintain delinquent accounts and credit risk records.
• Prepare daily cash deposits and cash control sheets.
• Update AR ledger with finalized cash receipts and notes.
• Collaborate with sales to gather paperwork and verify accounts.
