Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to manage invoicing and collections for external partners, including Texas school districts and state agencies. This role supports cooperative program agreements and data sharing, ensuring timely funds and accurate records.

You will maintain proactive communication with partners, uphold records retention, and collaborate with internal stakeholders while supporting process improvements within a hybrid work setting in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial function.
• Experience with financial, procurement, or project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable process, invoice external partners, reconcile receivables and maintain records.
• Maintain proactive communication with external partners on invoice status and payment timelines.
• Support processing of cooperative program and data sharing agreements with external partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with University staff, vendors, and external partners, ensure records retention.
• Assist Business Operations Team with projects and process improvements.
