Job summary

Reprotech in Plano, TX is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support billing, collections, and patient account reconciliation across multiple sites. This hybrid role combines attention to detail with strong communication to ensure timely cash flow and excellent customer service.

The candidate will manage statements, payment processing, aging reports, and adjustments, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and collaborating with AR Manager and other departments.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of prior experience in billing and/or collections.
• Experience with Acumatica and/or Salesforce is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA standards and cash application processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third party, institutional, and clinic billing processes.
• Review invoice change requests, file claims, and follow up on denials.
• Prepare and generate patient statements/invoices and memos.
• Investigate and rectify billing errors.
• Apply payments (ACH, credit card, payment arrangements) per procedures.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due balances with professionalism.
• Prepare account adjustment requests with supporting analysis for AR Manager approval.
• Convert accounts to autopay and maintain accurate client records in Acumatica.
