Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our accounting team. The role focuses on posting cash receipts, reconciling payments, and ensuring accurate billing for key accounts. The position supports AR processes and collaborates with internal stakeholders to maintain healthy cash flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of professional AR experience.
• Experience in accounts receivable processes.

Responsibilities

• Receives cash items and third-party payments; posts and reconciles payments to ledgers.
• Reviews credit balances, refunds, adjustments, and claim denials; reconciles and applies adjustments.
• Invoicing key accounts.
• Ensures outstanding AR balances are followed up on in a professional manner.
• Prepares customer billings based on sales activity.
