AE2S in Grand Forks, ND is seeking an entry-level Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our accounting team. You will gain hands-on experience with invoicing, payment processing, and financial operations while learning from experienced professionals in a 100% employee-owned firm.

This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and growth, with training provided on billing terms, project setup, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 0 to 4 years of accounts receivable, bookkeeping or similar experience.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well with others; manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• All applicants may be subject to pre-employment background checks, drug screen, and MVR as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Set up new projects in the accounting system and validate billing terms against contract requirements.
• Upload or enter billing-related usage information in accounting system.
• Prepare and distribute routine customer invoices and statements.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests related to invoices, customer accounts, and accounts receivable records.
• Communicate with clients regarding billing and invoice questions, without high-volume collection.
• Complete vendor applications as requested by clients.
• Communicate clearly with internal team members to support accounting workflows.
• Follow established processes with guidance and direction.
