Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process client invoices for funding activities
• Enter and maintain invoice information within internal systems while ensuring data accuracy
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and provide exceptional customer service
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account inquiries
• Support daily factoring operations, collections activities, and schedule processing

Requirements

• Large ERP experience is required (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) is preferred
