Beacon Hill Staffing Group in Old Bridge, NJ, is partnering with a growing organization to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis. You will join a collaborative accounting team and manage the full AR cycle, including invoicing, cash application, collections, and reconciliations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience) and 2–4 years in AR, with strong Excel skills and ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or relevant experience).
• 2–4 years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP/accounting systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
