Responsibilities

• Perform accounts receivable functions and monitor assigned accounts for outstanding balances.
• Phone customers to recover payments and negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Contact debtors to determine payment status and root causes of non-payment.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues with accounts and databases.
• Maintain and update account status in the system and alert supervisors as needed.
• Escalate non-payments to appropriate teams when necessary.
