Job summary

TestEquity is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in North Richland Hills, TX to manage incoming payments and resolve outstanding balances. You will interact with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate AR processes and maintain a positive customer experience.

The role requires 2+ years AR experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. On-site position with standard full-time hours and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates/Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, but not required.
• 2+ years accounts receivable and general accounting procedures experience required.
• Customer service experience required with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Excel; Sage 100 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, post, verify and record customer payments and transactions.
• Perform account reconciliations and create reports using Excel.
• Investigate and resolve irregularities or inquiries on customer accounts.
• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies.
• Issue refunds and process RMAs into MAS.
• Manage PayPal disputes and contact customers with past due invoices.
• Review and approve sales tax exempt certificates.
• Mail invoices to customers.
• Process reauthorizations for credit cards.
• Collect outstanding balances from regional customers.
• Make daily contact to collect payment via phone, email or fax using aging reports and updated payment history.
