Optimumpm is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Irvine, CA. The role focuses on handling customer service interactions, processing homeowner payments, and maintaining billing records in a busy HOA/community management environment.

The position is full-time with hourly pay range and benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, 401K match, and paid time off. Candidates should be prepared to manage multiple payment channels and collaborate with managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in HOA or property management is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Strong organizational, customer service, and time management skills.
• Clear critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone, e-mail and written correspondence from homeowners, clients and industry-related companies.
• Provide excellent customer service through multiple communication platforms and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Manage customer service calls with a team-based approach to a dedicated phone queue.
• Process homeowner payments, balance transfer transactions and address changes.
• Post payment and maintain client billing records; generate monthly homeowner Billing Statements.
• Process, transmit and balance daily/monthly ACH payment files to bank.
