Culligan Pure Waters in Idaho Falls, ID is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, process payroll, and generate timely reports. This position is remote, offering flexibility while supporting our growing customer base.

You will handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, ledgers, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with management on budgeting and audits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and tax compliance.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, bank reconciliations, and ledger management.
• Prepare and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Collaborate with management to support audits and financial planning initiatives.
