Job summary

Sew-EURODRIVE in Troy, Ohio is seeking a Cash Posting/Accounts Receivable Clerk to post cash to our A/R system and assist in collecting outstanding receivables.

The role requires accurate data entry, strong math and analytical skills, and familiarity with SAP. You will maintain aging AR reports, research payment discrepancies, and back up AP data entry when needed. Benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• Certification or Associate's Degree in Accounting required.
• Accurate data entry and math skills required.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to develop improvement techniques.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred; credit report must be acceptable to Sew-Eurodrive.

Responsibilities

• Work daily cash deposits and bank wire payments posting to customers’ accounts in SAP; record daily to monthly cash logs for Corporate Accounting.
• Research and resolve customer payment discrepancies; maintain records of findings and collection efforts.
• Maintain Aging Accounts Receivable Reports.
• Analyze Credit Requests—pricing issues, RGA’s, etc., to resolve payment issues.
• Back up on entering Accounts Payable invoices when needed.
