Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Tampa, FL to gain experience in accounting, collections, and financial reporting. You will work closely with finance leadership and contribute to the company’s cash flow management while handling customer account reconciliations.

The role requires 1+ year in AR or billing, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with accounting software/ERP. A high school diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Experience with account reconciliations, cash applications, and collections.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Post customer payments and reconcile accounts receivable balances.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with collections activities.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Support month-end closing and accounts receivable reporting.
