Paycom - ATS is seeking an Accounts Receivable – Cash Applications professional for the PEI-Genesis Philadelphia HQ in Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on cash postings, remittance matching, and periodic bank deposits within a busy accounting environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or associate’s degree with 3+ years of accounting experience, particularly in accounts receivable, and a proven track record in accurate cash processing and month-end activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/associate's degree and 3+ years accounting experience, preferably accounts receivable.
• Experience in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Download the ACH, Wire and Lock box each morning.
• Match each remittance to the ACH & Wire.
• Key Cash and post into the computer system.
• Prepare the bank deposit when requested.
• Maintain positive relationships with PEI employees.
• Make recommendations on problem accounts and process improvements.
• Assist in month-end closings and year-end financial audit.
• Other duties as assigned.
