Responsibilities

• Download the ACH, Wire and Lock box each morning.
• Match each remittance to the ACH & Wire.
• Key Cash and post into the computer system.
• Prepare the bank deposit when requested.
• Maintain positive relationships with PEI employees.
• Make recommendations on problem accounts and process improvements.
• Assist in month-end closings and year-end financial audit.
• Other duties as assigned.
