Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication required.
• Attention to detail with ability to interpret remittances and banking relationships.
• 1+ year in construction industry or A/R/cash application preferred.
• B2B collections or cash application experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments daily and apply ACH, wire, lockbox, checks and credit card payments.
• Perform collections calls and emails on past due invoices and maintain aging reports.
• Support month-end close, audits, and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve collection effectiveness and support process improvements.
