Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in cash application, accounts receivable or accounting.
• Proficient in Excel lookups and basic formulas; comfortable with ERP/banking systems.
• Experience with ACH, wire, lockbox or check payments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily bank activity and records cash transactions accurately and timely.
• Prepares and distributes daily cash position reports.
• Performs daily cash forecasting support by identifying receipts and disbursements.
• Initiates approved bank transfers and wire transactions.
• Maintains positive pay files and bank fraud prevention activities.
• Assists with administration of corporate banking platforms and user access.
• Applies customer payments to open invoices and resolves unapplied cash.
• Coordinates with teams to resolve remittance issues and processing.
• Performs daily and monthly bank reconciliations and resolves discrepancies.
• Supports cash forecasting and working capital reporting; assists audits and reviews.
• Maintains internal controls and protects confidential financial information.
