Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to client, insurance, and staff questions about self pays, special pays, and insurance.
• Maintains promissory notes and adjustments to accounts.
• Reviews daily deposits for accuracy and enters into Chase via electronic submission.
• Enters and bills DCS/CMHI/DCS FP; provides back up to other staff.
• Works Flagged Services and completes trainings (Relias, Risk Management, PSO, DCS).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
