Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Account Analyst to join the Finance team in Frisco, TX. The role supports the Assistant Director of Finance and Accounting Manager by analyzing and coordinating income audit functions to verify and balance daily financial transactions.

Responsibilities include timely reconciliation of house charges, gift cards, credit card batches, and select guest charges, plus assisting with month-end close and journal entries.

Qualifications

• 1 year accounting experience in hospitality is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and communication skills required.
• Excel proficiency is required.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and coordinate all income audit functions to verify and balance daily transactions.
• Assist with month-end close and posting reclassifications to meet corporate deadlines.
• Reconcile daily tax, bank, and credit card batches.
• Assist departments with general ledger research and re-class entries.
• Prepare and distribute reports and journal entries as assigned.
• Maintain open communication with all departments and participate in trainings.
