Job summary

Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa is seeking a dedicated Guest Services professional to ensure outstanding guest experiences in a luxury setting. You will assist guests with bookings, reservations, transportation, and special requests, while coordinating with departments to deliver seamless service.

Candidates should have luxury hotel experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of local attractions and PM systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel experience is preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle multiple tasks.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and area logistics.
• Familiarity with property management systems and related software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Arrange bookings and reconfirm airline tickets when needed.
• Be familiar with local points of interest for guests.
• Assist with restaurant reservations and transportation as requested.
• Deliver parcels and mail to guest rooms.
• Maintain the lobby and coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure cleanliness.
• Accept other duties as assigned by management.
• Set up amenities for guests celebrating occasions.
• Coordinate special packages and concierge services.
