Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of office, accounting, bookkeeping, billing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts receivable and billing processes.
• Review aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Help prepare monthly reports, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Support payroll and commission processing; enter and maintain data in accounting systems.
• Communicate with customers, employees, and outside agencies to resolve questions.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing.
• Complete administrative and accounting projects as assigned.
• Meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
