Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and send customer invoices accurately and in accordance with contract terms.
• The AR/Billing Specialist will review supporting documentation for billing completeness, including purchase orders, contracts, and service logs.
• Monitor customer accounts and maintain up-to-date aging reports.
• The AR/Billing Specialist will apply payments, credit memos, and adjustments to customer accounts.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies promptly and professionally.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and respond to billing inquiries.
• The AR/Billing Specialist will assist with month-end close processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and customer service, to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records in accordance with company policies.
