Job summary

MSI is seeking an Account Receivable Associate in Charlotte, NC to manage collections and allocations of payments, billing and reporting activities, and maintain customer relationships. This role involves face-to-face, phone, or email interactions with customers and requires strong English communication and organizational skills.

The position is full-time with hours Monday to Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Two (2) plus years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
• Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
• Provide high level of customer service
• Good organizational skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Excellent accuracy and able to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience with the use of PCs in a multi-window environment.
• Strong computer skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Billing, collection and reporting activities according to deadlines.
• Record and maintain customer contact information and details.
• Build and maintain company customer relationships.
• Answer inbound and make outbound calls.
• Follow up on promises and commitments with customers.
• Investigate customer queries and provide solutions when needed.
• Process payments and complete sales transactions.
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives to keep account transactions up to date.
