Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred; or 2-3 years of equivalent experience.
• Experience with invoicing, collections, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing and collections to ensure timely payments.
• Document collection efforts and track payment status in customer files.
• Contact customers regarding aged invoices and overdue payments.
• Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with sales and service teams.
• Assist in audit inquiries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Reconcile cash accounts and assist with GL research as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support other AR duties and special projects as assigned.
