You will work with the CFO and project teams to convert field work into accurate bills, monitor AR aging, and ensure timely payments. The role requires coordinating with field operations, maintaining documentation, and delivering clear reporting to improve cash flow.

Qualifications

• Experience managing invoicing and collections.
• Strong collaboration with project teams and field operations.
• Ability to maintain meticulous billing documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit progress billings, including pay applications.
• Generate invoices from work orders and field tickets.
• Track billing deadlines by customer and project.
• Process change orders and ensure contract values stay current.
• Submit invoices through billing portals (Textura, Procore, GCPay).
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Post customer payments and reconcile accounts.
• Maintain lien waivers, certificates of insurance, and other compliance docs.
