• Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable, billing, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with basic accounting software and MS Office.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain records.
• Respond to inquiries about invoices, payments, and balances.
• Process and post customer payments to accounts.
• Create and maintain new customer accounts in the system.
• Assist with reconciliation and payment tracking.
• Maintain accurate AR documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
