Job summary

Nippon Express USA is seeking an accounting professional to support Sales reporting, accounts receivable, and reporting duties in a busy office setting.

The role requires a four-year degree in accounting or finance, 2–3 years of accounting experience, and proficiency with Excel and PC software. You will interact with branches and the head office, handle payments, and assist with month-end tasks.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a four-year college degree; Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
• 2–3 years' accounting experience with a computerized accounting system.
• Proficiency in PC/Windows software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process Sales Reports & Master Airway Bills.
• Record Credit Card Payments and Branch Checks.
• Prepare Various Reports to be submitted to the Head Office.
• Process payment entries.
• Correct Sales invoices.
• Apply payment to open receivable.
• Process other AR-related transactions.
• Make journal entries to record, correct, and/or adjust.
• File documents.
• Communicate with branches, Head office, and/or vendors.
• Other assignments as required by management.
