Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track ongoing and recently closed jobs to ensure all charges are captured.
• Bill rental cycles when equipment is out to the customer.
• Bill repairs at closeout; review damages.
• Compile rental/chargeback information and create invoices.
• Coordinate with Business Development to meet customer requirements.
• Close out jobs and post invoices in accounting system.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain repair-related costs.
• Track Purchase Orders to the matching AFE number.
• Review billing tickets for pricing accuracy and charges.
• Contact customers about past-due invoices and obtain status.
• Submit EDI invoices through customer portals.
• Assist with monthly close-out activities.
