Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and distribute customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Submit invoices through billing portals (SAP Ariba, OpenInvoice, OpenTicket, GEP Smart).
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes and discrepancies.
• Apply customer payments and research unapplied cash and credits.
• Maintain customer records and portal setup details.
• Support month-end close and AR metrics reporting.
