Job summary

Tarrytown Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee census management and billing across three facilities using Point Click Care and other systems. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and effective communication with the AR team.

The ideal candidate will have PCC billing experience and familiarity with Change Healthcare, with a focus on detail, reliable teamwork, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PCC (Point Click Care) billing experience.
• Experience with Change Healthcare is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Daily census for three facilities in Point Click Care.
• Verify all documentation (authorizations, IDs, etc.).
• Follow up daily with admissions coordinator.
• Submit a weekly report via email to AR Supervisor and Facility Administrator.
• Billing of Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, Private and Part B claims.
• Posting remittances.
• Month closings and cash assessments.
• Other billing responsibilities.

Purpose of Position:

The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for all census management and billing using our software and Point Click Care

Accountability:

The Accounts Receivable Manager is directly accountable to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and Director of Financial Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily Census for 3 facilities in Point Click Care

  • Verify all documentation (Authorizations, ID #’s, Etc.)

  • Responsible to follow up daily with admissions coordinator.

• Submit a weekly report via email to the AR Supervisor and the Facility’s Administrator

• Billing Of all Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, Private and Part B claims

• Posting Remittances

• Month Closings and Cash Assessments

• Other billing responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience SHOULD have at least 2 years of PCC (Point Click Care) billing experience

• Experience with (Change Healthcare) – recommended

• Attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication

• High School

• Requireminimum 1yr experience.
