Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting, or equivalent education with strong accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, data entry accuracy, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor credits and debits across accounts with accuracy.
• Post customer payments, verify deposits, and ensure funds are properly applied.
• Track unpaid invoices and follow up with customers on overdue balances.
• Balance daily and month-end accounts receivable against the general ledger.
• Investigate outstanding invoices, make collection calls, and negotiate payment terms.
• Process liens for collections when necessary.
• Enter and maintain accurate data within accounts receivable general ledger accounts.
• Provide administrative support across the Financial Department.
• Take on additional responsibilities as they arise.
