Job summary

Uline is hiring an Accounts Receivable Associate in Waukegan, IL to manage customer accounts, resolve past-due balances, and maintain precise records. You will collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales to reduce aging and bad debt.

The role requires 1+ years in collections or AR, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel. English/Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus; high school diploma required, bachelor’s preferred. On-site with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
