Uline is hiring an Accounts Receivable Associate in Waukegan, IL to manage customer accounts, resolve past-due balances, and maintain precise records. You will collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales to reduce aging and bad debt.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts via phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and proposing payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales to reduce aging and bad debt.
