Job summary

Uline is hiring a Financial Services - Accounts Receivable Associate to help support our success. The role involves managing a portfolio of customer accounts, resolving past-due balances, and maintaining accurate records.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt on-site in Waukegan, IL. Applicants should have 1+ years in AR or collections, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
