MSI is seeking a Customer Service Accounting Representative in La Vergne, Tennessee. The role supports customers face to face, by phone or email, and handles billing, collections and payment allocations in a full-time, hourly position with overtime eligibility.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Accounts Receivable, excellent English communication, strong accuracy, organization, and proficient MS Outlook, Word and Excel; bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two (2) plus years' experience in Accounts Receivable
• Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
• Provide high level of customer service
• Good organizational skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Excellent accuracy and able to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated experience with the use of PCs, along with the ability to navigate in a multi-window based environment
• Strong Computer skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

• Effective and efficient handling of customer transactions.
• Billing, collection and reporting activities according to the specific deadlines.
• Accurately record and maintain customer contact information and details.
• Build and maintain company customer relationships.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.
• Follow up on promises and commitments in a timely manner with customers.
• Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc.
• Investigate customer queries as necessary and find solutions of necessary.
• Identify and elevate customer issues as needed.
• Complete sales transactions and processing of payments.
• Partner with Sales Representative to keep account transactions up to date.
• Practice Customer focus, collaboration, and communication with team
• Retain up to date knowledge of company products and procedures
• Perform additional duties as required and or requested.
