Job summary

MSI is seeking an Account Receivable Associate in Charlotte, NC to manage collections and allocations of payments, billing and reporting activities, and maintain customer relationships. This role involves face-to-face, phone, or email interactions with customers and requires strong English communication and organizational skills.

The position is full-time with hours Monday to Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Two (2) plus years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
• Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
• Provide high level of customer service
• Good organizational skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Excellent accuracy and able to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience with the use of PCs in a multi-window environment.
• Strong computer skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel

Account Receivable Associate

Accounting Jobs | Location: Charlotte, NC

The Customer Service Accounting Representative (CSAR) is responsible for working with customers face to face, via phone or email and handle collections and allocations of payments.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, 2 Saturday(s) a month from 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM

Seniority Level: Associate

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $20 to $23 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $45,000 and $52,000 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:

• Effective and efficient handling of customer transactions.
• Responsible for billing, collection and reporting activities according to the specific deadlines.
• Accurately record and maintain customer contact information and details.
• Build and maintain company customer relationships.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.
• Consistent following up on promises and commitments in a timely manner with customers.
• Investigate customer queries as necessary and find solutions of necessary.

• Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
