Job summary

LinkSquares, a Boston-based AI-powered CLM SaaS leader, seeks an Accounting Associate with a strong AR background to own the end-to-end invoice-to-cash cycle. You will manage customer invoices, apply payments, and reconcile data in NetSuite, while supporting month-end close and audit processes in a high-growth environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve disputes, participate in audits, and help scale financial operations with automation and modern software tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven accounting experience, with AR, billing, or collections experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP principles, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Experience with NetSuite, Bill.com, or Carta is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end invoice-to-cash workflow—generate and review invoices, apply payments, and maintain data in NetSuite.
• Monitor balances, drive the dunning process, and resolve invoice disputes with Sales, Legal, and Finance.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer billing inquiries and provide balance summaries for a seamless client experience.
• Own AR-related journal entries and assist with balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close.
